i will be using this as a basting sauce for the final cooking on a BBQ pre-fireworks tonight. .It smelled fantastic on the stove. No doubt it will be wonderful finished, but I must say it would have been helpful, Joe, to include cornstarch and ginger quantities since they are both absent from the recipe. All other ingredients are repeated twice, I ignored that as a typo.
