- 1 pkg. refrigerated pizza dough (Multi-grain pizza dough from Hannaford's is the best if you can get it)
- 6 oz. provolone cheese (thinly sliced, 5 large slices)
- 6 oz. hard salami (thinly sliced, 15 slices)
- 6 oz. sliced pepperoni (thinly, completely cover the salami)
- 1 roasted red pepper (large, cut lengthwise into six pieces, we use the roasted red peppers in the jar)
