MY whole fam. loved every piece! I used chicken parts (wings, legs, thighs). I’m 17 and love to cook so for the chicken to come out the way it did, beautifully well done😋, I was very ecstatic. Their was maybe a cup or two of buttermilk left over all the flour was good but I don’t think it needed that much buttermilk. I used a deep fryer, 345 degrees F, and they fried perfectly; I thought it was Popeyes for a minute🙃🙃🙃
