After 50-some bread-making experiences, the purchase of several bread-making cookbooks...We wanted airy bread with “holes”. And ...OMG, THIS IS IT. I was VERY VERY sceptical all the way through the process,... getting my hands in this sticky ugly looking “something extraterrestrial “...but I kept going ...and when I took the lid off the casserole...I thought : this is actually getting somewhere. And the finale was that the whole family could not resist eating a few slices and some at midnight! I wonder whether I could apply the same method to other types of flour...any suggestions are more than welcome. I am on a role now ! Thank you ever so much.
