- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. margarine (Melted, or butter)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil (or oil of choice for frying)
- 1 onion (small, shredded, finely chopped or grated, I used my cheese grater)
- 1 seeds (jalapeno pepper, and all or, about 1/4 cup chopped peppers from jar opt)
- 1 tsp. minced garlic (each, lemon pepper, chili powder, and red pepper flakes)
