The recipe turned out well. I converted the baking portion of the recipe to air fry and they came out perfect. Though it wasn't the taste I was expecting, it was not bad. I think I prefer to eat Jicama raw as a snack. I may try a different recipe to confirm my preference.

Eh... I’ve found better recipes for jicama fries! These were just okay but nothing amazing.
