I liked this recipe. It was a great alternative to actual greasy fries.

Didn’t turn out well. These were very limp, not crunchy like fries are supposed to be

These were pretty good. They were not done at 25 minutes. I ended up cooking them at 425°. for about 30 minutes.

Would not make again. Picture looked good but did not like the consistency. I think I also added that much olive oil.

Not a big fan of this recipe. Took longer to cook then directions indicated and flavor wasn't great.

So good! FYI: it keeps the crunch.

Tastes like real fries but healthy! I used coconut oil and it was sooo good!!!

Definitely not the same as French fries, but feasible. My teen even liked this recipe. Will make it again with my own modifications.

My husband and I enjoyed these. Not super savory - almost sweet - like a lightly salted regular potato fry would be. Fun different way to use jicama and get im extra veggies!

These weren't savory like I wanted them to be. I wasn't crazy about the texture either. They're more crunchy than crispy
