- 1 Tbsp. minced onions (Dehydrated)
- 2 saffron (generous pinches of)
- 1/2 cup hot water (boiling)
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 Orange (Peels from one, white pith removed, sliced thinly)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup barberries (see endnotes)
- 1/2 cup raisins (Currant, may use golden raisins)
- 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 1/8 cup pistachios (slivered)
- 2 Tbsp. orange blossom water (see endnotes)
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. butter (use olive oil for a vegan dish)
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
