- 2 large carrots (peeled and julienned)
- 3 leeks (baby, or scallions, julienned)
- 1 cup sprouts (or so, your choice, I had alfalfa ready today)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds (or more)
- 2 Tbsp. Japanese soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lime juice (lemon works too)
- 1 tsp. agave syrup
- 1 tsp. organic cane sugar
- 1 Tbsp. grapeseed oil (or other vegetable oil)
- 1 tsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
