This meal was amazing. I made my own Jerk seasoning that went perfectly with the sweetness of the fruits I had on hand. Definitely going to make this one again. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

I have made this three times. Once for a bridal shower with great reviews. My husband loved it, and he is a very picky eater. The only change I did was after cooking the shrimp, I just added it to the mixture and tossed. Yummy! This is good as a left over on top of some romaine, I am watching my carbs and this hit the spot for lunch the next day.
