We would have liked the marinade to have a bit more kick, so if you’re looking for a jerk chicken recipe with less heat this is a good option for you. We really enjoyed it though. I marinated the chicken for around 20 hours and used breasts rather than thighs. Marinade was easy to make. We grilled the chicken on a charcoal grill.
