Excellent! Don't have a problem with dryness like some have mentioned. This has been one of my go-to recipes for a couple of years now

I made these using ground turkey and they were delicious!! Full of flavor & very moist.
It was a NYE party hit!

Very tasty! I also cut the salt amount down in the jerk seasoning mix. I only used one teaspoon, since it made quite a bit. I have to admit, since it's Hatch chili season right now (Aug / Sept) I added some chopped roasted Hatch chilies and some chopped cilantro as well as the chopped green onion. It picked up the kick which was great!

This turned out great. I have been omitting salt from my diet so I did not add the salt to the jerk seasoning mix. It was very easy to make!
