This was fine. It was a lacking in flavor and the veggies made it kind of watery.

Yum! Really good. I agree that some lemon juice adds flavor but it’s good as written as well!

Crushed Garlic, Fresh Lemon Juice, a very small amount of sliced sweet onions and Dried Mint took this Salad over the Top... Delicious !

The salad was ok, had to make it for a special diet. Used some different ingredients because I had them. Basil, sweet bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and avocado oil instead of EVOO. Turned out good for the diet dish.

Everyone wanted a refill… I did one small change by replacing some of the water with juice of one lime.
