Horrible! While the taste was good, the consistency was extremely disgusting. Do not make this in a pressure cooker. Bake it in the oven longer. I made 2 layers. The first in the pressure cooker which was disgusting and the second in the oven. The oven takes longer but the cheesecake has the consistency of cheesecake.
