- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/4 cups jasmine rice
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. strawberry preserves

Directions
- In large saucepan, combine milk, cinnamon, vanilla and rice. Place over medium-high heat and bring to a boil. Stir so that rice does not stick to pan. Reduce heat to low and simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, until all liquid has been aborbed by the rice and rice is tender, 25 to 30 minutes. While rice is cooking, mix lime zest and sugar until combined. Remove rice from heat and immediately stir in sugar and zest mixture until dissolved. Set aside and let cool completely. Combine strawberries and preserves Layer rice, stawberries, then rice and top with more strawberries.
