I usually dont like japchae but I really liked this recipe. It looked beautiful too.

Korean glass noodles was great, undoubtedly the best textured noodle not to soft nor to rubbery, not a big chow main fan, but this dish is full of flavor and just the right textur, kids even loved it , will make again.
