- 50 grams shimeji mushroom
- 1 piece cheese (Sauage)
- 4 slices bacon (about 60g)
- 25 grams spinach leaves (about 1 handful)
- 1/4 tsp. dashi powder
- 1 Tbsp. light soy sauce (Recommend Kikkoman)
- 4 Tbsp. pasta water (reserved)
- 2 eggs (Onsen, or Sunny Side Up or Raw Egg Yolk)
- 1/4 tsp. sesame (toasted white)
