    These are the best pancakes I’ve had! I don’t even use the circle tin (because I don’t have one) and they turn out just fine. Super easy as well.

    Love how lite these came out. Delicious! 😋
    I added some milk and one more egg because they were medium sized. It came out perfectly ane my family was fully satisfied! Do this if you’re opting for a light low calorie breakfast! I really do recommend this to you!

    WOW!!!! Amazing they are so self-rising and fluffy!!! I will definetley use this recipe again!!! BTW i recomend to cut 1/3 of flour!!! Quick tip: i would only use the butter in the pan once for better looking pancakes.

    Mimicking Japanese style without referencing the technique. The pancakes were not fluffy but dense like fruitcake. This was a flat out disappointment.

    I recommend trying to use egg rings, I didn’t have any but will definitely purchase some after making this. Other than that it was great!

    Good! If I hadn’t burnt them all 😅 3-4 mins was a bit to long. I guess I’ll just have to try again! 🤷🏼‍♀️

    Good but I would suggest a bit more milk. The batter came out quite thick and I added just a bit more. Actually, after reading the other review, you could also use less flour. Other than that, they were pretty good.

    I think the 1 2/3 c flour is too much. I had to add another egg, milk, and a little water.

    They were so good and quite fluffy but the problem was that they weren’t as thick as they were on the picture and some of the ingredients were extremely hard to find and half of them were practically impossible to find in your house l even went out on the Kenyan road to look for everything that was listed but they just went as thick 😡!!

    Very tasty, however, not using the egg whites and instead using two whole two eggs created a thicker batter that caused for denser pancakes. It took much longer to cook through, but it was good with a bit of goat cheese and fig preserves. I would definitely try the recipe with egg whites instead next time and see the results.

    9.5/10 dense, fluffy and chewy mochiko texture, not quite what we were expecting but still amazing. The only big setback was that the batter was thick and had to be spread into the pans. Very small dense servings.

    They where delicious but I didn’t have an egg ring so instead I filled the whole pan. I doubled the recipe and still only got 7 pancakes but they where overall really good and I will make them again.
