- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. raw honey
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. ponzu (sauce)
- 1 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 3 sheets seaweed (nori, toasted)
- 2 Tbsp. toasted sesame oil
- 1 tsp. sugar
- pinches coarse sea salt
