DELICIOUS!!! Followed the recipe exactly and it was exactly what I was looking for. My vitamix blended it smoother than I would have prefered but regardless the flavor was there!! God job on the recipe! I plan to use this again!

Lovely recipe. I found it a bit too soy-heavy but overall a delicious salad dressing.😋

The dressing tasted amazing. I was imprecise with the amount of ginger, carrot and onion and only used 1/2 cup of oil. The recipe is very forgiving.
