Did it both ways: rolled in four and into pan and tradicional oven, and with the other half of the tanghzong I did it all the way in the bread machine. Both were great brioche style breads.

The result was so satisfied. Really a fluffy and soft bread. I love the milk smell of the bread and I've left 3days still so soft and fluffy and also hydration bread.
