The cakes came out very well. Probably best to use all the made batter in one or two batches of cakes. After about 10-15 minutes the batter starts to become less fluffy, and the cake a little thinner on the griddle, taste is the same, only the cakes are not as fluffy, if that is important to you. We followed the measurements precisely and the recipe yielded 13 cakes, each about 4 inches in diameter, or about 10 centimeters. Excellent results. Will definitely make these again!
