I was a little confused by the picture in comparison to the recipe because the picture showed carrots, ginger and onions in the food processor but the recipe didn’t call for onions. Since other Carrot Ginger dressings did, I put some onion in. Also I bought seasoned rice vinegar by mistake so had to use it. I tasted it and it tasted good. Will serve at a dinner tonight.
