Easy to make, next time will only boil bean sprouts for 30-45 seconds used black sesame seeds that have it a nice contrast

Delicious and quick. Added rice vinegar to the seasoning for some sourness. Definitely a nice fresh salad to eat alone or for a start if served with Chinese cabbage
