- 500 mL white wine vinegar
- 2 apples (grated)
- 2 mangoes (peeled, stoned and roughly chopped)
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 3 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 2 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 4 bay leaves
