I have made this recipe many times. It is so delicious, easy to make and one of our favorites for a wonderful healthy meatless meal.

This always turns out great. I've made it several times and, although it is a tendency of mine, I do not change anything.

Very good! For me a good 'bolognese ' needs time to cook so I let it simmer for a long while . You could add vegetarian mince, but make sure it's of good quality or it will become a little bitter after simmering
