- 1/2 cup brown sugar (Xylitol, Blend, I used Organic Light Brown Sugar instead)
- 4 oz. applesauce (jar baby food, I used 1/2 cup coconut oil instead)
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground clove
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 large egg whites (I used two eggs instead)
- 15 oz. pumpkin (can raw)
- 2 cups oat flour (I made my own oat flour by blending my own oats at home)
