This is not a true Jamaican sweet potatoe pudding I am Jamaican so I know this. Our sweet potatoe pudding is not this color and it is not mushy. You used the wrong sweet potatoe to do this.

Turned out ok but I think my inside was a bit thick so it came out soft but very tasty
