  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 pinch ground clove (or 2 whole cloves)
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1/2 teaspoon long pepper (ground, /ground black pepper)
