- 1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 3/4 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 3 green onion (or scallions, finely chopped)
- 1 Scotch Bonnet pepper (seeded and finely chopped, optional)
- 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce (vegan)
- 1 lb. ripe tomatoes (peeled and finely chopped)
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 3/4 cup vegetable stock
- 3 Tbsp. jamaican rum
- almond milk (or soy milkfor brushing)
