    Use beef broth instead of water I used 3 cups for two pounds if want the sweeter flavor add a few teaspoons of brown sugar

    Had to add roux to thicken the sauce but it was delicious

    Flavours are there, but it turned out very watery. never thickend up. Missed that rich gravy.
