actually followed recipe & they came out perfect, adjusted seasoning to my liking

So. Good. I made it with ground chicken instead (we don't eat beef any more). They turned out amazing - I couldn't believe how authentic they were. Next time around, I will make sure the pastry is thinner and I will cook them longer to create a more flaky crust. I am also going to increase the amount of each spice and the amount of filling in each. Thank you so much!! I cook organic too, it is nice to have the best of both worlds.
