I’ve been craving an empanada for a while now and not readily available in my town, the way we used to get them in Miami. So I followed the dough recipe and instead of ground beef I used chorizo sausage and added green peppers, onion and garlic. Served with sour cream and they were a big hit! They weren’t beautiful but I loved the fact that I didn’t have to deep fry them.
