Description
A peaceful collaboration of colorful vegetables, black beans and seasoning that prove no man is an island. I love making variations of this dish to the delight of my non Carnivore brethren. The Jamaican Jerk Sauce gives this a light yet distinctive flavor profile.
Ingredients

- 15 oz. black beans (cans Bush's Best)
- 2 jerk sauce (each ounces Starport Foods Jamaican)
- 1 Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil (each ounce)
- 2 Roma tomatoes (each diced)
- 1/4 red onion (each diced large)
- 1/4 brown onion (each diced large)
- 2 jalapeno pepper (each seeded finely diced)
- 1/2 yellow bell pepper (each diced)
- 1/2 chopped fresh cilantro (each cup)
- 1/2 McCormick Ground Cumin (each teaspoon)
- 1/2 McCormick Oregano Leaves (each teaspoon)
- 1/4 coarse ground black pepper (each teaspoon McCormick)
- 1/4 Morton Kosher Salt (each teaspoon)
- 1/8 cayenne (each teaspoon McCormick)
- 3 limes (each wedges)

Directions
- Open 2 each 15 ounces cans Bush's Best Black Beans pour into calendar and rinse with light pressure cold water.
- Use a large skillet on medium high heat.
- Add 1 each ounce Star Extra Virgin Olive Oil allow to heat for 20 seconds.
