- 2 cups slaw (or shredded lettuce, I used red and green cabbage, thinly sliced)
- 2 Tbsp. cilantro leaves (fresh, roughly chopped)
- 8 tortillas (taco sized soft)
- lime wedges (for serving)
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 2 tsp. jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 3 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. dried parsley
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper (dried)

These were yummy! I had my own seasonings recipe but the one they provided was extremely close! I squeezed half of a lime and 1 tsp more seasoning in the dressing. I also mixed in the cilantro in the dressing so it wouldn't be so powerful. Next time I will marinate overnight with limes and cook over the grill. These tacos were the talk in my house and said it has to be made again & again! But definitely modify the dressing. We also added fresh Pico de Gallo in the tacos. :)
