    Very good. Will add more heat next time. Has a true authentic jerk chcken flavour. Will make again but with more heat. Made again on July 12/16. Used 4 scotch bonnet peppers ( 2 with seeds ans 2 without. ). Next time will not remove the seeds. Used juice of half a lemon instead of lime
