This was one of the only recipes that had lower heat and it was Perfect! I am not a hot spice person so the cayenne pepper was perfect.

Very tasty. Served with a mango salsa and a coconut and black bean rice. Baked it in the oven as it's snow storm outside. Can wait to try it on the grill.

Great! The dish was fantastic. I don't really know what else to say. I liked that it has a substitute for the peppers.
