- 2 cups store bought low sodium chicken stock (or homemade)
- 1/2 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 tsp. canela
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 14.5 oz. diced tomatoes (preferably fire roasted)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. steak sauce (such as A-1)
- 1/2 cup scallions (chopped)
- 2 cups long-grain white rice (cooked)

I used onion garlic tomatoe brown sugar cinnamon steak seasoning scotch bonnet pepper. The rest of the ingredients I didn’t have but the flavor was there. It’s in the oven now. Can’t wait to try it!
