- 1/4 cup light brown sugar

- 2 tsp. fresh lime juice
- 1/4 tsp. rum extract (or 2 tsp. dark rum)
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pecans (toasted)
- 2 Tbsp. flaked sweetened coconut
