- 1/4 tsp. turmeric
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. mace
- 1/2 tsp. cardamom powder
- 3 milk (strands dissolved in)
- 1/4 tsp. kewra essence
- 5 Tbsp. cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- onion (Brown the, in ghee and coarsely grind it.)

Perfect recipe. Have made it so many times and it comes out as delicious everytime.

Very good recipe I would incorporate some changes next time. I would marinate the meat in the yoghurt and turmeric and salt for minimum 4 to 6 hours if not overnight to enhance the flavour. It took us back to Old Delhi lanes
