- 65 grams corn flour (check it is made from corn and not wheat)
- 30 grams almond meal
- 250 grams butter (cut into cubes)
- essence (uncheckedalmond, a few drops)
- icing sugar (uncheckedextra, for dusting)
- 4 Tbsp. jam (I used raspberry and apricot)
