Great! BUT I do not have a pan like used in the recipe, so I took the dough (no changes) spilt it in two, coated and rolled it, and baked it in bread pans instead. I sliced it down the middle too, should’ve went from end to end so the bloom wasn’t only in the middle. But for a first attempt I’m pretty happy! Tasted amazing, texture was perfect

Easy recipe. Ingredient quantities are perfect. I wouldn’t change a thing. It was delicious, everybody loved it and I will make it again as soon as this one is done.
