    These were awesome. The best poppers we’ve ever had. I did change the recipe a bit, not by choice but because my husband kept coming in the kitchen and getting in my way and inturrupting me. I put the panko in the mixture and then had to get it out again to add to the top. Awesome poppers.

    I used crumbled Ritz crackers instead of Panko bread crumbs and left out the butter, since it was what I had on hand. I also left some membrane and seeds to kick up the heat a little! They came out great!
