Fabulous! I made a few changes by using pepper jack cheese instead of cheddar, nonfat greek yogurt for sour cream, and made my own bacon bits with turkey bacon. Not spicy but the flavor is perfect.

These are delicious! I can't do a lot of heat, but if you scrape out the seeds and membrane of the peppers you will have no problem. My whole family gobbled these up!
