Not bad. I exchanged green pepper for the jalapeno because we're not wild about spice. At the same time, some mild or medium salsa after serving tops this off real nicely. One tip: don't mix the pepper with the cream cheese. Spread the cream cheese on the tortilla and then sprinkle in the pepper. I think adding onion might be an idea, too. Really good dish. Thanks for posting.

Really simple concept, but not something I had ever thought of. Easy prep and rather minimal ingredients. Great flavour! Will make again!
