This was phenomenal! I avoid dairy so I used coconut milk/cream, an almond-based cream cheese (they didn't have plain, so I used chive flavor), and a dairy-free cheddar substitute (chickpea-based). My family is being brought along on my dietary decisions since I'm the one that does the cooking. They were totally blown away and said they would have had absolutely no idea there was no real dairy. My husband asked if I could make this every week!
I chopped the jalapeno instead of sliced it and cooked it with onion per the suggestions here. I had removed all of the seeds and membranes, but next time I think I will leave just a little to allow some heat to come through. I also garnished with green onion. Once again, fantastic!

Y.U.M. If you want a savory, cheesy delicious meal that’s also pretty easy, look no further! I also cooked the peppers for a while before hand to soften them

I really enjoyed this and will be putting it in my lunch meal prep rotation. The only thing I did different was chopped and sautéed onions and the jalapeños with the bacon. After reading a few reviews I upped the chicken broth to 1/2 cup to prevent dryness. Was great!

Too bland for my taste. Also too much cream cheese. I made lots of adjustments to the recipe but it still fell short of being a quick go to dinner recipe.

Very simple and quick to prepare...and so tasty. I have been passing this recipe around to all of my friends.

Excellent! Easy to put together, quick cooking time and makes you feel like it is comfort food while you are on Keto!

This was AMAZING - We actually shredded the chicken and chopped it a bit and served this with thick tortilla chips, and a jar of warmed rasberry jalapeno jam to drizzle on your bites of it!

this turned out great! I will definitely be making this again! Yum! I added a can of green chilies and some shredded cheddar cheese to the cream cheese mixture. and instead of strips of jalapeno, I did a rough chop to them. and then after it was done baking, I topped it off with diced green onion.

It was pretty good. I made it according to the recipe, other than I used a whole roaster chicken, instead of chicken breasts. If I made it again, I would put the seasonings in with the cream cheese mixture, for a more even distribution. I would also add into that, hatch green chilis and diced caramelized onion.

Jalepenos were under cooked, would chop them next time instead of slicing. Flavor was pretty good, could probaboy use a bit more cream cheese.

Pretty good and easy recipe. I recommend cutting the jalapeños as directed but cook them in a skillet for a bit before adding them to the casserole to give them a better flavor and soften them up just a little. Delicious

Was easy & delicious! I diced my chicken and jalapeños, Left out the bacon. Will add onion next time. Overall very flavourful!

Delicious. Next time I’ll add onions, maybe corn and mushrooms. But still delicious.

Family liked it, easy to make but took longer to cook than said. I cooked it about 15 minutes longer

It’s was ok.... One recipe calls for chicken broth and the other one doesn’t.I found it to be quite dry.
