Perfect. I didn't blend mine as thoroughly as I shoulf so it was a little chunky, but the flavor was perfect! I couldn't stop eating it.

OMG!!! I eat this every day now since I made it a week ago.
I like it in nachos with Mexican cheese and crema. I can't have a meal without it! I even put it on sweet potatoes!!! I noticed it's bitter if you don't add the apple cider vinegar.

This was awesome! I added a little bit of apple cider vinegar to mine that rounded it out a bit. This was exactly the recipe I was looking for. I always wondered what gave the sauce the light green color!

I used avocado oil in one batch because I added an avocado to the mix.
On another note on a second batch I used olive oil and a squirt of white wine.
Both were yummy!
