- 8 oz. cream cheese (if you want to use the 1/3 reduced fat, go for it)
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup Truvia (or your favorite sweetener, adjust to your sweet bud tastes)
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. xanthan gum (this is optional but if you want it to be stiffer use the xanthan gum)
- 3/4 cup pecans (chopped fine)
- 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips (ok the ones I used were just Hersey’s Sugar Free Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips. This is NOT on plan if you are a Trim Healthy Mama follower but I still have not found the stevia sweetened kind so I use these occasionally. You could also use half a Dark chocolate 85% bar chopped or even leave out the chocolate altogether and just use the nuts.)
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. Truvia
- 1 tsp. canela
