i thought it was good. not overly spicy, which i was kind if hoping for. i tried to dry off my chopped jalapeno, but you need the moisture, since the cookie batter itself is a little dry

Made these today and they are amazing! I did healthify them a bit for us. I used 1 cup of unsweetened applesauce instead of the butter and whole wheat white flour. They turned out super soft and cake like. Will definitely make these more often.
