- 1 Tbsp. light margarine (I use Smart Balance Light)
- 3 slices Velveeta® (or other American cheese product at no more than 1 SP per slice)
- 1 oz. fresh mozzarella
- 1 Tbsp. jalapeno (diced)
- 3 chicken (skewers West End Mediterranean, skewers or similar)
- fresh ground black pepper (to taste)
